My husband has been trying to access your appointment scheme and booked a slot for 12pm today. However, it asked for a password which he couldn't remember. He applied to change his password which wouldn't work either.
I tried to ring the number several times - cut off after ringing every time.
Tried to contact switchboard directly, no answer, just cut off after your 'allocated time.'
Emailed too, had notification that it's not monitored 24 hours, it seems it's not monitored at all.....
What a joke the NHS has become!
Inefficiency rules it seems
My husband was informed in a and e he would need to be admitted following a tia .He was sat in a and e from 12 pm until 12.30 am.Offered no drink or food and he is on controlled drugs these were not given. After a ct scan he was transferred to ward 12 he had no identification band on.By 9.30 am still had not been offered medication and by 12.30 was told sorry other tests can't happen its been handed to cardio team basically go home.He has had two mini strokes a dvt and a diseased artery and was not put on blood thinners.Im absolutely furious they took him fir tests done bloods put a cannula in and still had no I'd band on.He could not walk properly was off balance and had to make his way to the outside of the hospital with his bag for a lift home and not one nurse hca offered to walk him dow.If it turns out that he has another stroke I will take this terrible excuse of a hospital to the cleaners and back.Ward 12 have no care or compassion and the Dr's are rude no discharge summary no nothing there a joke of a hospital.Im disgusted and should we need a hospital again it will be a hospital not too far from Coventry cause if you rely on uhcw you won't get any care.Dread to think how many people die as a result of there disgusting care
Could you please praise Rosie Lee and Stacey HCA on ward 43 for there outstanding care and attention. Please state this is a comment fro patient Derek Mount and family
Excellent care
Excellent, excellent, excellent
Went there for help as my mum experienced chest pain waited 2 hrs for triage in AE then another 30 minutes for an ECG , 2 hours later sent to MDU .
WAITING AGAIN FOR TRIAGE
Then had blood test
Eventually seen a dr eight hours later who was very through how ever the senior Dr was rude and advised they only deal with acute things !! I then challenged the DR who then gave a different diagnosis after X-ray. Waste of time just fobbed off uncaring unprofessional dirty blood on the floor, trolley not changed between patients.
Terrible! Such a bad experience. I have MS and received a plasma exchange and was practically kicked out of the hospital when they deemed me ‘medicinally fit’ from Ward 42. I am now back AGAIN having developed 2 infections and a potential blood clot. They are sending people home when they are not ready. A woman named Michelle was so rude to me saying I was making up excuses to stay. The staff moan about you so you can hear, they let you soil and wet yourself because they don’t answer the bells. I had to beg to see a doctor when urine and faeces got into an open wound in my groin. Every doctor tells you something different. Meds charts mixed up, medication not available, meds trolleys left open and unattended, pretty much forcibly removed to sit in a chair for 5 hours waiting for prescriptions with a wound in my thigh. I could go on and on and on. I understand the strain on the NHS at the moment but the level of care is unacceptable and the staff just do not care. Terrible place and I’m stuck here again.
I was in hospital for 9 weeks pre -op and post-op on 3 different wards and received very good care throughout my stay. The nurses were always kind and efficient and helpful even though I was very ill.
I cannot speak highly enough about the care and treatment I received on the Day Sugery Unit 29/09/2021. Staff could see how upset I was on admission and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Every single member of staff I encountered were kind and caring and they made the whole process enjoyable with their friendly attitudes. When I went up to theatre the staff had me laughing as I went of to sleep which made the whole process easier to deal with. On returning to the ward post op I was checked up on continuously to ensure I felt well. My discharge was smooth and I am now resting at home. The care I received was absolutely first class. Thank you so much.
